Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any goods with us. By ordering goods from us, at Mol an Óige, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of purchase listed in the terms below.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. CONTACT US
You can contact us at anytime on email@example.com or 089-9488049 . Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept phone calls between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. If we cannot answer, please leave us a message and we’ll give you a call back later that day.
All orders are processed within 1 working day of arrival and are usually shipped within 2 working days. We try our best to get orders out asap. Please check your order immediately. A notification will have been sent to your email address. If you have any queries regarding an order placed don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 089-9488049. Please have the order number you were issued with when placing the order at hand.
Deliveries are made to all 32 counties in Ireland and all orders are delivered by post or, in most cases, by courier. We presume that delivery can be made any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to the address supplied in the checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of the arrival of the order. If an order is placed and some items are out of stock then a similar item may replace the substituted items. All replacements will be of similar appearance, value, quantity and quality. For environmental reasons, we do not include invoices or receipts with orders. All order records will be sent to the email given but customers may request a receipt and a paper copy will be sent.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a ‘no questions asked’ return and refund policy here at Mol an Óige. We will exchange or refund any item as long as it is returned in mint condition and there are no markings on the item being returned. We must be notified within 10 working days of receipt of an order to have an item exchanged or refunded. All costs in returning items will be incurred by the customer. If an item being exchanged or refunded is damaged or marked in any way it may be subject to a fee and will be exchanged or refunded at a discounted price. We provide a secure online payment environment by using PayPal’s credit/debit card processing technologies. With the latest SSL security technologies your payment details are only entered under secure conditions. Before you provide your details you will be forwarded to a secure online server to make your payment. We accept Visa, Master Card and Laser card payments. We also accept bank transfers and cheque payments. As soon as we receive the payment, your order will be processed.
6. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Mol an Óige reserves the right to change the price of any item presented on this web site at any stage without the need for any prior notice. All items are as they appear in the photographs on site so please ensure you are happy with the product before ordering.
